1. About this policy

Dancy Pic is operated by an individual under the Dancy Pic name. This policy describes how Dancy Pic handles personal information when you visit dancypic.com, create an account, contact support or use our AI creation tools. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected]. Our Terms of Service describe the rules for using the service.

2. Information we handle

• Account information: your name, email address, verification status, account identifiers and profile image where provided. Email/password accounts use a password hash rather than a readable password.
• Content and activity: photos, videos and other files you upload, prompts, selected templates and models, generated results, processing status and credit transactions.
• Support: messages, feedback and information you choose to include in a request.
• Technical information: session records, IP addresses, browser/device information and diagnostic or security events needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Sign in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic identity information authorized by you: your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification information and profile picture where available. Authentication records may include provider-issued tokens and their expiry information.

We use this information to create or link your Dancy Pic account, authenticate you and maintain account security. Google sign-in does not give us your Google password. Our sign-in integration does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars.

We do not sell Google sign-in data, use it for advertising targeting or send it to AI providers to train models. Dancy Pic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not itself delete your Dancy Pic account or previously stored data; contact support to request deletion.

4. How we use information

We process information to provide requested features, run generation jobs, manage credits, send verification and account messages, respond to support requests, investigate failures and prevent abuse. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and reliable operation, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. Service providers and sharing

Providing the service involves infrastructure and specialist providers. These include Cloudflare for network protection, bot checks and private R2 file storage; Resend for transactional email; Google for optional sign-in; and diagnostic services such as Sentry where enabled.

When you request AI generation, the selected AI provider receives the prompts, relevant source content and generation settings needed to process that request. Our generation integration includes OpenRouter and the underlying model provider. Provider availability depends on the selected model. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable with this processing.

Authorized personnel may access information where needed for support, security or service operation. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Providers may process information in countries other than yours; applicable transfer requirements must be observed.

6. Storage, security and retention

Account and service records are stored in our database; uploaded and generated files are stored in private object storage. Access controls and temporary signed file links limit access, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Saved media remains available until deleted through available controls or handled through a support request. Failed and incomplete uploads are subject to cleanup. We retain account, support, security and transaction records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations.

Deletion may not immediately remove backup copies or records required for security or legal purposes. We do not promise a fixed deletion period in this policy. Contact us for information about a specific deletion request.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security and interface preferences. Cloudflare security features may also use browser signals or cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or other features from working. This policy does not grant permission for optional advertising or tracking technologies that would require separate consent.

8. Your choices and requests

You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction, account deletion or information about your data. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection or a complaint to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Only upload material you are entitled to use, including appropriate permission from people depicted. The service is not intended for children below the age at which they can lawfully consent to its use. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
