Dancy Pic is operated by VIPSOCMEDIA S.R.L. These terms govern your use of Dancy Pic at dancypic.com and its related creation tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses limits or security controls. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Optional Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s authentication requirements.
3. Templates and AI results
Dancy Pic provides template-based AI creation tools. Available models, media types, processing times and features can change. A displayed template or preview does not guarantee that every model or generation feature is currently available.
AI results may contain errors, artifacts, unexpected similarities or inaccurate depictions. We do not guarantee a particular appearance, uniqueness, accuracy, commercial outcome or viral reach. Review results before sharing them; do not rely on generated content as evidence of real events or as professional advice.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in the content you upload. You grant Dancy Pic permission to host, copy, process and transmit that content to service providers as needed to provide requested features, store results and maintain service security. Uploading content does not transfer its ownership to us.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for source material, including images, voices and likenesses of other people. You are responsible for how you use and publish results. Any rights in generated output depend on applicable law, third-party rights and terms that apply to the selected model; we do not guarantee exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial use.
The Dancy Pic brand, site design and software remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. Access to the service does not grant ownership of those materials.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not create illegal content, exploitative sexual content or sexual content involving minors.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, abusive impersonation, fraud, threats or targeted harassment.
- Do not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or upload material you lack permission to process.
- Do not bypass safeguards, misuse free credits, attack infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access.
- Follow the rules of the platforms where you publish and disclose synthetic or manipulated content when required.
6. Credits and paid features
Generation may require credits. Review the displayed cost before submitting a request. Credits may be reserved while a job runs and finalized or released according to its processing outcome. If a job fails or a balance looks incorrect, contact support with the job details.
Credits are service units, not money or an investment. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. Where paid purchases or subscriptions are offered, review their price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund information before confirming. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or creates a blanket no-refund policy.
7. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information and uploaded content. Requested generation may involve third-party AI providers. Authentication and other external services may have their own terms. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information without considering these processing arrangements.
8. Availability and responsibility
The service may experience interruptions, model changes or processing failures. Keep your own copies of important source files and results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for a particular loss is determined under applicable law; these terms do not impose an arbitrary monetary liability cap.
9. Suspension and closing an account
We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure at [email protected]. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support if you believe an account restriction was made in error.
10. Changes and resolving questions
We may revise these terms as the product changes. The date above identifies the latest version, and material changes will be communicated as required by law. For questions, content complaints or disputes, first contact [email protected] so we can investigate. These terms do not limit your right to seek remedies available under applicable law.
